Others it is not. When you calling telling the rep that you have a burning sensation to the product they will try to weed you into using a sensitive formula. Well I'll tell you now. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT STOP USING IT. Their adds tell it all, YOU GET IT FOR MORE THAN 1/2 OFF. Look at it, the half off price is for smaller bottles, so really you are paying full price for what you are getting. Don't let them fool you. They are deceiving!!! They lie and cheat just to take your money. if you want a refund demand it. They can get it to you within 2-3 days. Actually if you go higher up you can get it within the same to next day. Don't let companies like this take advantage of you! (These are the sole personal feelings of mine. They are spoken with my right to free speech.
