Out of the ordinary scar tissue grows in the soft tissue of the penis, causing curvature, in Peyronie's disease. Strict cases can gain from surgical correction. A thrombosis can take place during periods of frequent and prolonged sexual activity, in particular fellatio. It is more often than not harmless and self-corrects within a few weeks. Pudendal nerve entrapment is a circumstance characterized by pain on sitting and loss of penile feeling and orgasm. Sporadically, there is a entire loss of sensation and orgasm. The pudendal nerve can be injured by narrow hard bicycle seats and accidents. Penile fracture can come about if the erect penis is curved excessively. A pop or cracking sound and pain is more often than not associated with this occasion. Urgent situation medical treatment should be obtained.
Penis
The penis is one of the exterior structures of the male reproductive system. The penis is composed of three parts: the root, which attaches to the wall of the abdomen; the body, also called shaft; and the glans penis, which is the cone shaped end .The aperture of the urethra, , is at the tip of the glans penis. This is the tube which transports semen and urine. The body of the penis is cylindrical in form and consists of three internal chambers. These internal chambers are built up of special, sponge like erectile tissue. This tissue contains thousands of large caverns which fill with blood whilst the man is sexually aroused. At the same time as the penis fills with blood, it becomes rigid and erect, which allows for penetration during sexual intercourse. The skin of the penis is loose and elastic to have room for changes in penis size for the duration of an erection.
